About/Contact

Dead Fleurette is a style odyssey in blog form and offers its readers an ongoing ride on the blogger's personal train to a well-edited wardrobe and style. The main focus of this blog is wardrobe building, the quest for perfection, quality over quantity, anti-consumerism, timeless aesthetics, and personal style. Sporadically, a glimmer of other subjects may occur.

Fleurette, the author of this blog, considers herself a guardian of personal style, and with this blog she is not only welcoming visitors for a glimpse at her own consistent style but also shares omnipresent style related topics with every passenger regardless of his/her age, gender, and style. Whether it is because of ethical, economic, eco-friendly, or minimalist reasons, this blog does not support fast fashion but rather embraces good quality clothing and wardrobe investments. Moreover, Dead Fleurette is a public inspiration scrapbook; a community for personal style, wardrobe building, and Isabel Marant diehards; and a gentle provider of daily frivolity.

Dead Fleurette is written by 19-year-old Fleurette from Oslo, Norway; a self-proclaimed gamine with a burning penchant for French designers and aesthetic, simplicity, beautiful workmanships, timeless clothes, statement jackets, an effortless approach to dressing, and natural fabrics. 'Less is more' is her philosophy both in terms of style, life, consumption, and wardrobe. Her pickiness with clothes will, eventually, be mirrored by her wardrobe. Besides being a student, Fleurette is also a musician and piano teacher. (Haha, did I seriously refer to myself in the third person? Haha..)

Feel free to hop along for the ride!
